Should the Pels at least offer a trade to OKC for Russ?
We have all of the lakers/ Cleveland picks, including some of our own. Throw in lonzo and maybe someone else and we could have a decent offer.

PS I like lonzo but the idea of getting Russ intrigues me.

There isn't anything wrong with Lonzo. This isn't the problem

This is the problem

Russ is likely going to age poorly and basically the only way we can make the salaries work is an offer built around Jrue. No thanks.

He's still very good though. He still can be the best player on a playoff team, just not a player you can win a title with, maybe not even a playoff series. When he's worse than that and making over 40 mil then it'll be a real problem.

29% from 3
42% from the field

38% in the playoffs

Has to have his teammates box out defenders so he can get his rebound stats

Doesn't play defense

Consistently leaves his man on D to chase rebounds for his stats

He no longer can be the best player on a playoff team, without PG13 OKC would have missed the playoffs last year

They finished 10 games in front of 9th place. They would've made the playoffs without PG.

I said he was good not efficient.

Or unselfish

His defense rating last season was right in line with the rest of his career.

Even if he stops stat hunting an inefficient 20/7/7 stat line ain't nothing to scoff at.
