Alabama game means very little.

If we take care of business like we should, winning or losing to Bama in November means very little. Beating them in the playoffs is all that really matters. Too many people on the rant already have in their heads that the Bama game makes or breaks our season.

It matters because it's an SEC West game. We do have an interest in winning the SEC championship

You’re a fool. It means EVERYTHING. Yes it’s technically just one divisional game but it’s everything to our recruiting.

I'd say the Alabama game means the exact same as the Auburn game. I just want to take this thing 1 week at a time and savor it. I'm very excited about Joe Burrow and the Joe Brady impact on offense. I certainly want to geaux 11 & 1 and make the playoff, and like you, I do not want to think about any 1 opponent. I'm sick and tired of Sabama that it dang near makes me queasy to think about them bastards.

I’ll take LSU at #4 and Clemson at #1 in the playoff anyday.....LSU/Bama final where the tables get turned......Backdoor a NC without winning the West or the SEC.......Please god....the Karma and MELT would be glorious

We don’t control our own destiny if we lose to Alabama.
There’s a chance we could still get into the playoffs but there’s a very real chance that we don’t. Poor effort to lower the standards.

Some on this board are giving me genuine reason for concern. What is it you Ed O boys know that we dont?
Why is Alleva gone but the propaganda machine still in full spin?
We should all need an explanation from Wade.
We don't need to beat Bama.
All of our issues were the OL not scheme.
This year the same OL will be better because of scheme.
We can make it to cfp without win against Bama.
Bama got walloped by Clemson last year. People seriously need to consider that this will be a different year as far as SEC is perceived with regard to getting two teams in due to that arse whooping by clemson.
