Fire them on the spot. The important ones would beg for their jobs back. The unimportant ones would be easily replaceable. And ALL would face the reality that their virtue signaling bullshite won’t be tolerated.

Replace the call center people with a call Center in Mexico where hopefully they hire some Central Americans.
Move the warehouse & if theiy mfg that also to Nogales, AZ / Nogales, MX which is a border town.
Win win
The SJW can give their jobs to Mexicans mixed in with some Central Americans and they do not have to work for an evil company they hate.

Cool. Fire everyone who leaves work. They're easily replaced and if they truly care about this cause I'm sure they'll be happy to lose their jobs over it

Man, our government sure doesn't care how much they're spending on these beds apparently...
They can go to Walmart and get a twin bed frame and one of those mattress-in-a-bag's for about $150 total.
Same thing from wayfair is probably costing them >$500 each. Ridiculous.

And when Wayfair moves their call center and customer service department overseas where they can hire cheaper labor that they don’t have to worry about walking out of work to stage a SJW political protest, these same workers are going to be complaining about how unfair it is that their job got outsourced to India.
