If they were on the clock and walked out of their job, I absolutely would. Now, if they are taking a stroll on their lunch break or not during working hours, I don't care.
Assuming no contract and they are an at-will facility.

If I was the plant manager there they would never walk back in again. I'd fire the whole bunch
