Yes, but not for the reasons you're whining about. This is the biggest stage for their sport and the U.S. won a game 13-0.
They should scrap the current format of 32 and just go with 16. No one wants to watch a team get beat 13-0 in soccer.

I find that women's soccer is one of the few women's sports that I can enjoy watching.
Outside of stuff like beach volleyball where there is something of an eye candy factor, of course.
