ETA: this is awful news. Coach graduated with my parents at Notre Dame in 79’. He was only 57.
Terrible loss for the ULL community and Louisiana baseball as a whole.
Rip coach

I hate ULL but Coach Robichaux is a good dude. I knew his family growing up in Lake Charles when he was at McNeese.
Get well soon

Coach Robichaux is a genuinely good dude. Hoping for a full recovery.

Why is this qualification necessary?

Reasonable question. But in a thread where people are downvoting wellwishes, qualifying hate for ULL seems minor.

If the world were filled with a bunch of Tony Robichaux’s, this would be a really good world.

Know Coach Rob's family very well and was taught by his wife. Absolutely horrible to hear. Prayers are with his family and the entire UL family

The UL diamond squads have felt it this year. Softball coach loses his daughter now the patriarch of UL baseball is gone.....man life can really kick you in the nuts....
