Do what now? Their budget for 2019-2020 is projected to have a ~$15 billion surplus.

Please look up debt vs deficit

California’s pension liabilities alone are way more than that surplus

And instead of using the money to lower taxes, fix roads, build infrastructure, etc they are using it to fricking give illegal immigrants generous health insurance

How do they estimate something that's untraceable.

These people just regurgitate what Fox and Rush tell them. Compare Alabama's finances and federal money with California and see which one is a true shithole. I'm neither democratic or Republican FWIW.

California:

Ranks 49th in both housing affordability & cost of living

46th in education

40th in overall tax burden

15th highest in crime

Highest homeless population

Highest poverty rate

Worst pollution

Most illegals

Holds the most debt

You know how many 30-something year old illegals will magically be 19 to 25 overnight?

Californias a also has a huge unfounded liability problem with pensions. Somewhere in the neighborhood of 400 billion.

The middle class drain from California is going to be epic

And in comparison, the primarily red states of the south dominate the top 20 of states sucking on the federal test. Amazing how some can be so blinded by partisanship.

Point being, no one in the south has any room to lecture California on how to spend their tax dollars.

Nah. Just the conservative side is over-represented here and I enjoy fricking with them and punching holes in their positions.

I wouldn't support this either I dont think.

If we're going to measure the economic health of a state based on its unfunded pension liabilities, every state except South Dakota and Wisconsin are on the verge of bankruptcy.

A bunch of people in shitholes like Mississippi, louisiana, Alabama, et al always love to call California a shithole. Glass houses and black kettles and shite.

This policy is completely retarded though. It's a shame that the arguably most beautiful state in the country is led/populated by a majority of retards.
