Traction Summer Training Program

Looking for feedback from those who may have went through this program or have children who have.
It’s not sport specific but they claim it will “change your game”
My child is in high school.

most schools have a strength and conditioning summer program, that's what mine is doing.

It's six weeks three days a week.

Treyyyden did it a few years back and is now the cleanup hitter and plays short when he isn’t pitching. Would recommend

Maybe it will go to the guy getting some real feedback about his getting into a strength and conditioning program instead of laying on the couch all summer. Could potentially save the kid from being a pathetic old loser who spends his entire existence scouring the internet for half naked pictures of women to post on a message board.

Baseball.
Entering 9th grade, narrowed down to St Micheals or Parkview.

How athletic do you have to be to play baseball? Seems like more timing and coordination oriented.

It's a good program, the best non school affiliated training in the city for sure.
