I could be 100% wrong, but aren't those items regulated at least? I was under the impression that the supplement industry is completely unregulated.
Regardless, I've removed all of those types of things from my diet so I am safe of being a hypocrite

Thats correct. FDA can’t do anything until after it comes to market and consumers report adverse effects or issues. Like in the case of ephedra it took 8 years before it was removed from market

The difference is that people aren't eating or drinking processed food/drink for the specific amount of a particular ingredient.
For a supplement to work, it needs not only to be a valid supplement, but to be properly dosed. Proprietary blends camouflage whether the dosing is correct, and in most cases are to shortcut paying money for the real stuff by using inexpensive filler.

Anything besides creatine and protein that you don’t get from a doc, research lab, or the black market is useless
That and other natural dietary changes
Just as an example the following foods have shown some ability to help with testosterone
Red Grapes
Tuna
Relish
Cabbage
Shrimp
Pomegranate Juice
Coconut Milk
Broccoli
Whey Protein
Avocados
Bananas

Like I mentioned earlier in this thread, my quality of sleep definitely benefited when I took it.
Make sure you're ready to pee with your body at a 90 degree angle in the morning

I have lost 4 pounds since starting DAA and Zinc last week. Nothing else has changed in my routine.

On this point, if you're deficient in Zinc or Magnesium, you can get a boost. That's more from restoring normal levels than a T boosting effect. If OP has had a blood test and is deficient in a vitamin or mineral, restoring that vitamin or mineral to normal is a good idea.
Excellent point. Most Americans, the sedentary and the manly super athletes like us, are deficient in a number of vitamins and minerals. Mainly Zinc, Magnesium, Vitamin D, Iron, and maybe Vitamins C & E.
Supplementing for these may give you a test boost, but not in the way you think. It's not going to be a steroid or T prescription type boost. More of an increase to what normal T levels should be - in the absence of something that is unnaturally lowering you test, of course.
With all that being said, it won't hurt to buy Vitamin D3, ZMA, and maybe a superfood powder to help in these areas.

Anyone have any suggestions for the dreaded moobs? I have been noticing mine showing through shirts more as I get older and my typical cardio / chest workouts don't seem to be doing anything for them.

I’ve been on test for 5 years now I’m 6”1 280 muscular in college i was 6”1155lbs. OTC TEST DOES NOT WORK this is my story short i had A low sex drive so a friend suggested i got get my levels check at my age back than i was 33 which was 5 years ago my levels should’ve been between 500-600 but my levels was literally 22 so they did blood work and started me at 200 mg of cyp. Let me tell you 48 hours later i was Awaken in the middle of the night with a stiff erection BOOM i was Ready. So if your serious go to a clinic and start from there if you want to see pics of me my ig Bigbenz702
