Louisiana, Alabama & Mississippi ranked 50th, 49th and 48th in latest Best States Rankings

US News Best States Rankings 2019
Louisiana is ranked dead last in Opportunity, Crime & Corrections and Natural Environment. It's best ranking is in the Healthcare category at 45.
