GREAT FIND MAN!

In November 2013, the Office of the Director of National Intelligence declassified and released a circa-July 2010 (date classified) FISC ruling by Judge Bates authorizing the National Security Agency to restart mass collection of internet metadata, including those of U.S. citizens.[13] Bates noted that the NSA had been violating provisions of various laws, but nevertheless decided to allow the government to continue many aspects of the mass surveillance program. Critics of encroaching U.S. security state policies, in a nod to the Bates numbering method used in the legal field, appropriated the "Bates stamp" moniker as a neologism to refer to often uncritical FISC scrutiny of U.S. government conduct when considering Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) applications.[14]
Bates’ Wiki
Color me shocked that the guy known for rubber stamping surveillance warrants doesn’t have any issue with how Pages warrant was obtained.
Not to mention, the list of this guys “notable rulings” reads like a laundry list of the deep state’s wet dreams. He’s also perfectly fine with droning American citizens. Shocking.

That's Rexcatur's hero you are talking about.

And we wonder how this could have happened.
It's HIGHLY LIKELY that the judges were complicit.

As long as you remain quiet when Trump does it to the Dems, I've got no problems with it.
IRS weaponization, too. Let's bring back the Nixon administration and do it right this time.

What scares me is anyone would defend the actions that went on. If Republicans did this I would want them jailed. This is scary stuff.

It's not interesting at all.
No dossier, no warrant. They submitted the dossier and got the warrant, and they knew it was bullshite. These are facts.
The only thing we can speculate about is whether the court would have approved the warrant had they known the dossier was BS. Clearly the fbi thought they wouldn't since they were less than candid about its origins.

Fire ALL of the FISA judges OR eliminate this court.

He’s sticking up for the FISA judges, does not want to make them look foolish for falling for it.

So circular sourcing is okay?
Steele leaks Dossier excerpts to Michael Isikoff, who then writes about those details in a Yahoo article, and then the FBI, who we now know knew BEFOREHAND that Steele leaked that info himself to Isikoff, then used this article as a piece of supporting evidence to give credence to the Dossier.
Meaning, they directly used Steele to manufacture “credibility”....... for Steele.
And they knew this when they went to the FISA judge and said, “See, this Dossier is legit. Even Yahoo journalists have found corroborating evidence!”
So this a-hole former judge, and you, are okay with this?
GTFO and GFY

Regardless of deep state this or how bad his record was as a Judge sworn to up hold the constitution...you have to give weight to someone with this kind of experience when they state their opinion on something they’re an expert on.
The question becomes, what information does he have about this exact situation?
Does he have more information than us? If so, what does he have? Is he saying he has access to classified information many people in our govt don’t even have access to?
Assuming he doesn’t and he has the same information we do, he could make this statement all day and be correct because we don’t have the information to say one way or the other with certainty that the FISA warrant was illegally obtained. Sure, there’s smoke and rumors and sources but at the end of the day “you haven’t see evidence” and the technicality of his statement is true. This screams cherry picked and out of context.
That being said, I love how we’ve gone from “Trumps wires weren’t tapped” to “it wasn’t technically spying” to “it wasn’t illegal please don’t put us in jail”.

Well, Mr Bates is from DC so there is a 96% chance he is a Trump hating lib. That is a statistical fact.

Sorry bud. The investigation isn’t going to end well for you. I tried to warn you. Yet here you are. Like JT and Tigerdoc, I won’t expect an apology. I’ll just happily accept you back on the board. No hard feelings.

First thing I did was to do a quick wiki check too, CheniereTiger108.
Kinda says it all when your last name becomes a synonym for uncontrollable FISA spying.
Let’s just color me unimpressed with his assurances.
