Heading over to the coast this weekend. Out of Charred, Magnolia House or Thirty-Two, which would you recommend?

Not interested in Ruths, Mortons, Mignons or BR Prime.

Any other steak/seafood recommendations?

I love the Bacchus in Pass Christian but no idea if the one in Biloxi is as good. Dynamite pork chop with creamed spinach at PC location.

Not Biloxi but close,THE CHIMNEYS in Gulfport,a beautiful combo of food, service and ambience. If they have the triple tail, someone at the table order it.

The White Pillars is one of the best restaurants in the South, not just Mississippi.

You’re doing yourself a disservice if you don’t go there.

Their “Dynamite Lobster” (from the sushi menu) is my favorite item off any menu anywhere right now. We make the trip for that alone. Love their oysters as well, especially the Oysters Bienville. Good gumbo too.

I’ll have to try this next time I go. I’ve only been there once, but I really enjoyed the food.

Have y’all ever eaten at the Jourdan River Steamer? It’s a treat. https://www.jrsteamer.com/

It’s in BFE though.

Le Bakery in Biloxi makes a damn fine bahn mi if you’re looking for some take-with-you food.

Made it to White Pillars on Saturday night. Review: 5 people.

Service was very good but there were only 3-4 other tables at 7:30.

Food. We received a complimentary-1/2 of a deviled quail egg. Not sure why they serve this other than presentation because its so small that it has very little taste.

Appetizers:
2 orders of Korean Pork Belly. Very small portion but pretty good. Not as meaty as some others but very good flavor.

Crispy Boudin. Fried very well but the only flavor was pepper.

Entree:
2 orders of Seared Duck Breast-It was ok. The breast was tender. The leg portion was fried but once again, no seasoning, only pepper. Austin's has one of my favorites, hell even Zea's is better.

Pan seared Mangrove Snapper- 2 people ordered this. Both said it was cooked well but no seasoning.

Wood Grilled Amberjack- No seasoning and cooked too long.

Drinks were good and the waitress was very good but that's about all I can recommend. I had the Duck and Pork Belly. The other comments were by the others in the party.

Sorry but I cant say this one of the best restaurants or even close. Maybe they just had an off night.

Dress is casual. It is a white linen type of restaurant. They had people dressed from suits, jeans to nice shorts with dress shirts.

Its not a t-shirt place.
