So here’s a ray of light. My 3 year old is watching the game last night with me. One of the hogs hits a bomb. I say look it landed in the stands. He says what’s that. I say it’s where the fans sit. He says, why do they call it stands if that’s where you sit?????

I keep seeing Hill brought up in this context as if he was hurling 7 shutout innings vs. SEC teams before arm soreness kicked in. Kid has pitched 10 whole innings nearly 3 months ago. He had a promising start, but he faced Air Force and Bryant. He's much more likely to be terrible after that long a layoff vs. much stiffer competition. And then there's Henry who will have missed at least a month before he pitches again.
Could it happen? I guess. Those are some super long odds tho.
