Yes

If they sweep this weekend, they are on pace for 20-10 in the SEC.

Yes, at this point in the 2017 season (CWS runners-up), LSU had the same overall record and were one-game worse in conference record (10-8 rather than 11-7).

Read somewhere that we will finish with the 2nd or 3rd roughest strength of schedule too

Nope not possible. Just like football games end in the 3rd quarter, this baseball season is over.

I still think 20-10 gets it. We need to make up a game to get back on pace... would be awesome if we can sweep this weekend.

Then if we can average 2/3 against Ole Miss, Arky, and Opelika, not only does that get us to 20-10 but those are against high quality competition.

I'd like to see us win a game in Hoover as well, just for good measure

ok, dick... poorly phrased question, is a national seed possible if we sweep Bama and take 2 of 3 in remaining series?

Definitely that would put us at 20-10 and likely in the top 2-3 of the SEC standings.

Were on the same pace we were on in 2017. We were 27-15 (10-8) at this point of the season headed to Tuscaloosa 2 years ago and we ended up with a #4 overall seed. Now the question is can LSU repeat the success of that season and win 26 of their next 29 games like they did a couple years ago on the way to the National Championship game

We’re ranked in the 10-15 range right now (regional host)

Just need to have a successful finish to get in the 5-10 range (National seed, super regional host)

IMO:
9-3 or better finish = national seed
8-4 finish = maybe national seed
7-5 or worse finish = no national seed

We likely need a sweep somewhere in the final 4 series, obvious best chance on paper would be this weekend. But it’ll be just as important even if we sweep this weekend to take each of the final 3 series.
