He’s smarter than Bill Clinton by a factor of five.

So, he’s a notch above brain dead?

From a political perspective? That's not even possible. Wrong once again, bro.

Bruh Carter Page plays footsie with Russian spies I do not care.

If the democrats nominate a gay white guy then they will lose due to a lack of voter turnout among black and hispanic voters.

All you have to do is admit you were wrong.
Why is that so hard?

He’s substantially more impressive than anyone else in the democratic field.
Whatever dem gets the nom is going to have a substantial uphill climb over the strong economy and the crazy wing of their own party, but I agree that buttigieg seems better suited to make that climb than any of the other candidates.

Disagree. He has some appeal to me but he’s a long ways off from being a real threat. I’ve yet to see a Dem who can take down Trump yet.

Blacks aren't going to turn out for a gay white dude.

It will be Uncle Joe's Mondale/Dole moment in 2020.

Meditate on that. Make it your mantra and see how it works out.

1. I can’t even pronounce his surname
2. His surname begins with “Butt”
He’s a loser already NEXT!

Blacks are the most homophobic race by far. They are the reason Prop 8 passed in California before the courts overturned it.
I don't see black preachers(the main get the vote out tool for democrats in urban areas) being able to get out the vote for a gay white dude.

Don’t underestimate charisma. Dems made that mistake in 2016 with trump and it bit them in the arse.

He is the smartest candidate in the field, but I don’t think he will win the primaries.
White and male are not who the managing wing of the Democratic Party are looking for.
His homosexuality gives him a boost though, but I’m not sure it is enough.
I don’t see him gaining the support of the radicals though.
I have my money on Kamala Harris ending up as the front runner.
