Probably a week or two. I've been on a Chick-fil-A grilled chicken club and Popeyes blackened tenders kick. You can make it not too unhealthy if you try.

Gave up fast food for the most part circa 2004, so about 15 yrs ago.. haven’t been to McDonalds, Taco Bell, BK and the like since then , except to take a leak... My exceptions are places that do fast food exceptionally well, i’ll hit up Chick Fil A, In n Out, Popeye’s and Raising Canes occasionally... Also, i dont consider places like Chipotle, Jersey Mike’s , Jimmy Johns etc to be fast food since most of them dont have drive thrus... I get that my ‘exceptions’ dont necessarily make sense, but hey, it’s my health, my eating habits and my rules, so frick off.

I own McDonalds and Jersey Mike’s franchises so I have it a few times a week. Usually a Big Mac and a small fry or a regular Italian mikes way.

I go shopping every saturday/sunday and buy groceries to make all my meals for a week. Don’t like putting poison in my body
