Next year is always going to be the year Ed Orgeron fails. Until he wins something that matters.
You honestly can't wrap your head around that?

I don’t understand the O hate I really don’t...obviously if he goes 9-3 or worse next year I’ll understand but give him this year I really think we will go 11-1 this year plus our 2020 recruiting class will most likely be top 3 I just don’t get the hate

I'm absolutely thrilled that Woodward is here. LSU will thrive under Woodward and he's going nowhere.
Great, start acting like it instead of freaking out and hurling insults at everyone like you do every day.

“with an epic class coming in next?”
Different year same empty promises, then when he doesn’t deliver the talking point is “oh we didn’t want those guys anyway I was just kidding”. Lmao the fact that you wouldn’t take a championship level coach over the guy we have now, who’s never won a single thing, proved the OPs point, that some of you hold the coach above the program. There is no comparison in any form between 0 and Jimbo, one is an elite and proven champion the other is a lower half to lower third college football coach.

I guess not. I see a team taking a major step forward this fall.
The offense will no longer be a liability. It actually might be a team strength. If they can iron out the issues at offensive tackle.
The defense is going to be as good as Aranda has had at LSU.
This team has a lot of potential. So hell no I don't want that derailed. I want them to run the table and take a NC.

I’ve been scratchin’ my head over all this sudden O panic.

You don't have any room to criticize someone else's behavior why don't you start acting like you support the team.

Find a better coach. If Saban or Dabo want to come over, make the change today.

He's still a coach with a sub-50% Win record. He has MUCH more to prove that just not tanking it.
I'll give him, he's proven he isn't a disaster. Great. He still has yet to prove he's an elite coach. He hasn't even proved he's an above average coach yet. He's still pretty average.

He's never shown the ability to be an elite coach. It's perfectly acceptable to question that suddenly being true.
O is still like 2-6 against elite coaches and finished with a worse SEC record from 17 to 18, which is the thing we'll need to get better at to get to the playoff.

I'll happily take Jimbo over O every day of the week. I'm not willing to fire O while he's obviously doing well to replace him with jimbo. I'm sorry that people like you and others in this thread don't get it.

This is the best day for LSU sports in years and people are threatened by the fact that now we have an AD that will make good decisions for the football program.

How about some fricking doing around here instead of fans seeing shite.
Ed Orgeron isn't getting fired tomorrow. But the belief in fearless leader is yours and yours alone. I'll buy him when LSU wins a championship.
Period. Until then, he is being evaluated. Why can you not grasp that?

He started posting prolifically when O was hired. That's the only reason he cares about the program.
I'm always game to upgrade, but no way in hell is Jimbo worth 75 million anymore

So you guys had rather grovel at the feet of a coach who turned his back on us. Why not at least wait until the end of next season. If Fisher and A&M embarrasses us next season then it may be time for a change. But if LSU trounces A&M then will you SFU.
Posted on 4/18/19 at 6:41 pm to RogerTheShrubber
Another phony talking point, you’ll use one single year as an indictment of Jimbo while ignoring all the other years of success. A season in which he was on his way out, had major injuries and was fighting with the admin btw. While at the same time refusing to let 0s past at Ole Miss be used as evidence against him. Your hypocrisy knows no bounds.

So only two coaches? After that everyone's equal?
Well, that's how we ended up with the current coach. I see why you liked Alleva so much, he thinks like you do.

You honestly can't wrap your head around that?
OK, now compare that to the coach we just fired?
Or the coach that Woodward brought to A&M, and tell me that's where you want to wrap your head around?
