What's worse...How LSU handled Les Miles or Joe Aleva?

LSU looked horrible in 2016 with how Aleva and all handled the Les Miles situation leading up to and post Texas A&M game...and his eventual firing.
Or forcing out Aleva after he handled the Will Wade situation exactly how any employer would handle an employee who would not meet with them?
Nationally LSU and it fans and boosters look like a joke.
I'm embarrassed.
