What do you think Griffin's "outrageous" demands were?

During the presser, he mentioned that he believed Gayle was 100% committed to winning, and he knew that because he made "outrageous demands" in his hiring process and she was amenable.
So...what do you think those demands were?

I have seen that some teams basically have a full fledged medical facility on their campus with a lot of state of the art equipment and full time doctors, nurses and huge amount of trainers. May want something similar.

Best thing about Phoenix was their medical staff. Lot of praise for them in extending careers. Oschner Sports Medicine/Performance center is about to get a big boost.
