There is no doubt they can rebuild it and still make it look beautiful
That said, you can't put a price on the history of what went through in making that cathedral and all the history that it has been through. That is irreplaceable.

The Catholic church owns the land im sure, so they probably wont build a Mosque in its place im guessing.
