Zach Watson - pulled groin
Zach Hess - pulled groin
Chris Reid - pulled hamstring
Not to mention all of the pitchers out. I’m starting to think it just isn’t meant to be this year.

With Watson & Reid out of the lineup you have to give the edge to Missouri to win this series tomorrow.

Walker
Beck
Moffit
Vietmeier
Fontenot
Peterson
George should be available again if needed, he’s done well in his last 2 outings
Probably forgetting someone

Walker, Fontenot, Vietmeier, Moffitt, Beck and Peterson = 6.
We should be fine.
Friday Pitches.
Trent Vietmeier 28
Todd Peterson 33
Devin Fontenot 10

The early pitching last night almost doomed this series & the growing numbers of line players really hurts. Time for the youngsters to step up. There is a reason they are on a Tiger roster; supposed to have the talent, step up !

I’m not trying to be negative, just concerned. Watson and Reid our of the lineup really showed today.

Zero hits against a SWAC school
I try to stay positive but this team isn’t winning a title.
Dups looks lost
This isn’t good
We gonna get swept by missouri aren’t we
Welp, I’ve seen enough.

Baseball is not a contact sport.
Why are there so many injuries?
Occam's Razor: The simplest explanation is usually the correct one.
The players are not in optimum shape, combined with a "weak" strength and conditioning program.
Does Marmaladeri have one of his X-Players or relatives in charge of S&C?
It's not just "That's Baseball-We'll be Fine" Pump BS here. Something more is going on. When there's this many injuries in a non-contact sport, there's a deeper problem.
Of course, all the LSU baseball Pump Lump Cheerleader Types will never ever admit that there may be an active dysfunction lingering. Every aspect of company operations go directly back to the Boss.......

I have to agree with the turf. Weather wasn’t that bad. Tomorrow, on the other hand...supposed to snow.
