Good card games to teach kids?

Getting tired of go fish and battle. They are 6 and 8. What are some good games they are old enough to learn? I love cribbage and casino but there are multiple people and those are usually 2 players.

There are a lot of specialized card games like Uno or Sleeping Queens.

Blackjack. Used it to teach math to my daughter.. Played with pennies. Pennies stayed in a jar, we were not taking her money.
