This clears up any and all doubts I've had. Sorry for being suspicious about the state of RBG's health.

If she weren't alive we would know it, NO WAY they could pull off her not being on the bench doing oral arguments. Cameras are not allowed.

Then again it is somewhat strange that she isn't photographed coming and going to work.

No rational person is saying she's dead. The question is, how sick and frail is she? And on that question, every rational person should be suspicious. If she's in decent shape, they sure are going to great lengths to keep her mostly hidden from the public. Last picture I saw, you could only see the top of her head.

Seriously, TMZ couldn't get a better shot than that? Or God forbid, a short video?

I knew cameras aren't allowed, and I sort of think that's dumb. I think people have the right to be able to see and hear what's going on there.

With that being said, and sorry if this is a hijack, but can regular citizens go and watch a session of arguments? Like do they sell tickets or something? I think it would be pretty cool and interesting to go watch a session o e day.

It is obvious her health is terrible, you are correct but other Justice's have still served while sick.

I agree that word of her demise is expected, the ole bat can only live so long.
