No Exoneration

Why do people keep harping on this? Am I wrong or do prosecutors not exonerate people? They have an ethical duty to only bring charges if they truly believe they can win. They don’t exonerate. If Mueller had said Trump was exonerated, then people would rightly blame him for that. Am I wrong on this?

Prosecutors prosecute, they don't exonerate. Innocence is presumed from the jump.

They are mincing words hoping their stupid viewers will continue being stupid.
Prosecutors look for crimes they don't provide proof of innocence. The proof is in the inability to provide a crime. Trump was exonerated and they can spin it however they desire but we all know the truth.

Well we are still waiting for the first shred of evidence that ANYONE on team trump colluded with Russia. Until then, what is there to exonerate?

he wasn't charged so he is exonerated. there can't be obstruction because there was no crime. he fired Comey, BFD. RR and the dems wanted it. Most FBI directors, and AG's get fired with new administrations.

The MSM know they were caught being agents for the DNC. Look at this article. Why do they use one of the best investigative reporters in their picture? They know she said the real bad guys are going downtown leroy brown; but they had to show her up on a block like they all do for reporting--- but it is not right showing in a pic.

If they find NO evidence worthy enough to bring charges, then you are AUTOMATICALLY EXONERATED.
Let's call it automatic exoneration because in the US, you are INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY.
If there is no proof beyond a reasonable doubt, then YOU ARE NOT GUILTY.

This deal is over. The dynamic changed this weekend. President Trump no longer has the sword over his head. But a million people have claimed with certitude Trump colluded with the Russians and they have the evidence. Where is the evidence? Maybe they made up all this BS and leaked and misdirected and maybe even engaged in misdeeds? Now that Trump is free perhaps the light will shine in the other direction?? If I were on the other side I'd ratchet down the rhetoric because now the president can direct his Department of Justice in the other direction. Not for spite but to really find out what happened. And ... Brennan is a POS. Can you believe he was Director of the CIA?
