Some of the cell lines used in the research and development of certain vaccines were originally derived from aborted fetuses. Different churches have different stances on them. The Catholic Church says it’s ok to get them.

So if you are vaccinated against chicken pox or any of the other diseases that have been all but eradicated, why does it bother you if a few kids don't get vaccinated? If the vaccine works you don't have anything to worry about right?

ETA: Bolded to show that lonnnnnnngggggg time ago....2 aborted fetuses helped create the vaccines that have gone on to save millions of lives. I would call that something good coming out of something horrible.

(As mentioned above, there are alternatives for shingles and rabies.)

Why are people so frickin stupid. You can have it either way. Get the vaccine and go to school or don’t get the vaccine and go somewhere else that you won’t effect others.

That's not how vaccines work. You need herd immunity (from everyone being vaccinated) to better protect. Also...you have people that CANNOT get vaccinated due to legit medical reasons or...they are too young to be fully vaccinated. Chicken pox could be deadly to them. So they rely on herd immunity to protect them from exposure.
And look at the Measles outbreak in Washington state. It's been shown that the low immunization rates of that area have DIRECTLY been a reason why the outbreak spread so much and got so bad. People with young babies too young to get the vaccination were scared to go anywhere with their babies cause of the outbreak(Measles is one of the most contagious illnesses in the world. The person doesn't even have to be near you to spread it to you. They can have visited a store 2 hours before you and it is still in the air when you go into the store. And if you have not been vaccinated for it...it's like an 80-90% chance you get it if exposed to it)
