Lots of places in Baton Rouge have great Boiled crawfish. I usually go to Country Corner or Tony's.

Whatever you do, dont get boiled crawfish in Lafayette. They season it by sprinkling cajun seasoning on it after boiled. Its terrible.

I have tried La Boilers, Tremontes (food truck on Perkins), crawfish on the geaux, and bertholots

LA Boilers have been the best tasting but they were small yesterday

In New Iberia, both the big spots, Jane's and The Boiling Point boil "mild" and pour on seasoning after the boil to give you "hot" if you ask for it. You would think in the area where they harvest these things that they would boil them correctly.
