I feel like it's much easier to frick up bread pudding.
But a good bread pudding with a caramelized bourbon sauce is the shite.

The right bread pudding defeats almost any dessert.
But right is hard to find and matter of taste so banana pudding as a standard, bread pudding from select vendors

Bread pudding here. I tend to load it up with different fruit, some pecans, cherries and the custard I use is pretty damn good.

I guess I have never had a good homemade Banana pudding..But I have had an awesome homemade Bread pudding. The best is with golden raisins. I have had it made with fruit cocktail..it was ok.
