You shouldn’t be allowed to go the name Benjy after starting High School.

Benjy used to cry at Boy Scout camp wanting to go home.

Sadly, the tambourine player killed Benjy because he never made him feel like a real member of the band.
I didn’t realize that this was a deep reach back and tried to upvote this response but I had already done so five years ago.

tldr: Good response that has stood the test of time

you mean Zach is a lot more successful than Benjy. I don’t think he is poor either.

Benjy co-wrote Cody Johnson’s new song “The Painter.” Climbing the country charts currently.

They were after my time at LSU so I never heard of them. Just listened to a few songs on YouTube and I liked it.

I read it too and was like “damn that’s funny, that poster must have worked at the Varsity and hated BDP music.”

Then I realized I was that poster.

I had a couple of his albums back in the day. I remember seeing him at a show at The Varsity when I was 18 and being like the only dude there who wasn’t employed by the venue

One of my all-time favorite bands. The wife and I (no pics) went to their reunion show in Dallas in 2022. They’re writing new music and touring again and they still put on a great show.

The good ole days. Mike Foster project, Captain Legendary Band, Lazy K… out of all those regular acts I was most partial to CLB.

Smoked some herb once at a party with BD. I didn’t divulge how much I hated his music.
