Of course it is. That doesn’t mean it’s a corporation’s obligation to undertake investigations of every applicant with the proper identification, paperwork, etc. to deem whether or not the person is in the country legally. Though almost all of it can be solved with E-Verify. I look forward to your support of legislation making it universal.
