Klutch doing work.

Don't fret. AD will be wearing green in July. This will work out as well as "PG will only resign with the Lakers" and "Kwahi only wants to play for a Cali team".

These players are so entitled. If you want to go to LA, serve out your contract then sign with them. You can't have it both ways.

If he refuses to play for the Celts then cool. Have fun playing for James Dolan. You thought this organization was bad? Just wait.

Either way, you're not getting traded to LA bruh.

And that's really all that matters. The only thing preventing ad from being a Celtic next year is ainge and his willingness to beat every other offer.

Lol he doesn’t want to play for one of the GOAT franchises for the best front office and young coach in the league ???

I don’t believe this at all.

I'm totally on board with AD requesting a trade and all that other stuff, but he can kick rocks if he's dictating where he's going to go.

I can understand a player saying "Please do not trade me to a shite franchise like the Suns or the Bulls or the Timberwolves (or the Pelicans if we are being real) or I won't re-sign."

Its when they try to muscle their way to one specific team and totally frick over their franchise.

F that.

I expect Boston and other than teams to make that exact stance. No point in sitting back and letting the Lakers dictate the situation. Even if bluffing why not make it harder for the Lakers to get what they want.

the sooner people accept he wants to play in LAL the sooner they will realize that "all 29 teams are on the phone with the Pels!!!!" is pure bullshite

No one has ever told me that.

I'm usually the severe pessimist.

But I think I'm being pretty realistic when I look at the recent history of the League. This is Rich Paul trying to force his way pre-Deadline.

When it becomes clear that the Pelicans are not interested in trading him to the Lakers, they will change course and open it up to 3-4 realistic teams, the Celtics being one of them.

And when he's winning with his new franchise and in the Playoffs and succeeding, he won't give a F about LA.

If worst comes to worst, we trade him for LAL's garbage or just wait him out until he comes to his senses.

Yes but will Danny include Tatum without an assurance from AD? Thats the question.

I'd probably still want Boston over LA even without Tatum. But yeah you have to take a hardline stance with Boston over Tatum until you have run out of alternatives.
