No matter how many times guest speakers at school who did time at Rikers said that having sagging pants was the sign that you wanted someone (another man) to make love with you, some people continued to sag pants all the time.

I get irrationally angry when I see people intentionally wearing their pants in public where their arse is hanging out. Makes me want to yank their pants up and tie them up around their necks
