seeing that they were on the way to the slaughter house anyway, they would have met the same demise in the exact same way. Those guys did quick work butchering that thing in the middle of a divided highway. Kind of impressive, really.

years ago I had a month of work trips to Acapulco, the ride from the airport to the hotel was about 45 minutes, on the first trip we saw a dead horse on the side of the road on the way to the hotel, next day going back to the hotel a hind leg had been removed from the horse, five days later on the way to the hotel, horse was still there but the other hind leg had been removed, the rest of that carcass stayed there the rest of the month, didn't order any "carne" dishes there for a while
