Been keeping an eye on this as it could be a goto in the morning

Breakfast tacos.
Extra cheese.
Hold the salsa if you're not a cilantro person.

Rancheros are solid as well. Bread is a little too sweet for my personal liking though.

I would be 250 lbs if that was my goto breakfast. Man I wish I was young and could eat anything at anytime again.

I eat at the one in BR occasionally and find it to be good.

I don't like any of their rancheros. They all seem to be watery yet the eggs are rubbery. Their bacon kolache is good. That's all I've had in BR location.

Looking forward to this opening and will work into the rotation when I'm on school drop off duty for the kids.

The one in BR is good, but these aren't traditional Texas-Czech kolaches.

The Freret corridor has a bagel place and some coffee places, so this will be a good addition. French Truck is a few blocks away but I never go there for a substantial breakfast.

I wish one would open in Lafayette so I could engorge myself with breakfast tacos.

Y’all need a Laredo taco company at your local strips

To be more on topic, Kolaches> donuts for morning meeting food

A bagel. With cream cheese.

My goto is the Seseme. Wife's is the garlic. Kids like the everything.

If you happen to go when the coconut curry cream cheese is available hell yeah.
