Wonder how her game translates on Clay?

Nice to see a WTA player overcome adversity and get through it. Bug eyes was beginning to annoy me, though I am happy to see her near the top after getting shanked.
Tonight is a real heavyweight fight with huge historical significance. I heard PMac on the radio yesterday and he was basically giving the slight edge to Rafa due to a little bit better performance in the tournament overall and intangibles like hunger to win. I know Vibe and I disagree on this, but even on a hardcourt, I believe Novak has to play closer an A game in this matchup since he hits with less margin for error and needs to hit winners.
Oh, and PMac said tsetse is not the most well liked guy in the locker room. So, douche status is confirmed.

I give the slight edge to Rafa
I’ve never seen him dominate on hard the way he has over past 2 weeks

This rivals him in 2013 when he won in Canada, Cincinnati & Flushing in 3 straight tournaments.

Why do players do the fake little apology when they hit a shot that clips the tape and just barely falls over? If you’re really sorry just fire the next shot into the bottom of the net...

Why does Chris Evert just have to make a fool of herself in every match and segment she does?

No, she was saying that tennis is the #1 sport for women athletes which is 100% true. No other sport provides the earning potential for female athletes like tennis does. Eight out of the top 10 highest paid female athletes last year were tennis players. Also, women tennis players have more fame and notoriety than female athletes in other sports. Everybody knows who Serena Williams and Maria Sharapova are. How many people can name one current women’s soccer player or basketball player or golfer or figure skater or track and field athlete?

Not a huge fan of hers TBH.

Soccer: Alex Morgan
Basketball: Brianna Stewart
Figure Skater: well their national championships are on Primetime TV this weekend on OTA stations not a cable station
Track and Field: Tori Bowie

The pairs and the men are on, the women's competition concluded...geez, were you too lazy to mention Alysa Liu's name? I mean, she's only the youngest national champion in history...nothing major...and I don't follow the sport to save my life.

To be fair... the same was said about Novak at that age, so he has time.

If you want to impress your friends, save these and whip out the winner in the morning.

I think I’m going to hedge on this one.
O41.5
Nadal ML
I would be shocked if we didn’t see a tiebreaker and a 4 to 5 setter

Under 44 games here, so at least one of us has to win, and hopefully both.

My team captain is having a watch party at a nearby bar. I texted him about the cost (expecting something crazy) and he said it’s free.
