Do they not know how countries such as Saudi Arabia and Iran treat gays? In some countries you can be punished bu death for being gay and they treat women like 2nd class citizens? Why the frick would they support a party that supports those people?

that's very poorly worded. Better to word it why do they sympathize with/support Muslims, but it's been hashed and rehashed here many times.

Since when did gay people and women start voting Trump/Republican?

This is news to me. The Democrats are vehemently opposed to the recent murders and brutality.

That's all you got? Seriously? Just because a certain element of the Democratic Party has more liberal views concerning immigration , which by extension would of course include Middle eastern Muslims, overcomes the Republican Party's historical opposition of gay people, their marriages, and their fight for acceptance ?

I mean I can list a long long line of of sad and sobering examples of what I'm talking about. What are you going to respond with? They throw gays from the top of buildings in Aleppo? Their barbaric acts are horrible of course. I'm still not sure how that pertains to anything here. You people are a lot more worried about that happening here than we are. But then again, y'all seem to live in constant fear of everything in our rapidly changing nation.

Why did Trump sign major arms deals with the Saudis?

As a conservative gay man, I cannot fathom why so many liberal gays and women have a pro-Islam world view. I certainly do not. From conversations with other gay men, they honestly feel like Trump's [and Pence's] obviously anti-gay agenda ( ) is a legitimate and immediate existential crisis. (I laugh every time they act this way.) They cannot, or will not, reconcile the terrible track record of Islam when it comes to women's and gay rights and the actual acts of state sponsored oppression and brutal acts of violence that are actually being committed against gays in the ME.

They don't want to acknowledge those inconvenient truths, but yet the mere mention of MAGA or POTUS sends them into histrionics. And yes, I used that term intentionally.

Because they are Dems and are brainwashed into believing that conservatives are a greater threat to them than people who will toss them off buildings

perhaps they look at each of the two major parties and acknowledge that they will be in agreement with each party on some issues in disagreement with each party on some issues. Then, perhaps, they support the party with which they are in agreement on most issues (even if not all).

You know the same sort of analysis that any sensible person would perform.

I HATE a certain percentage of GOP thought, but I hate a LARGER percentage of Dem thought. Thus, I almost always vote GOP. I also roundly criticize the bad elements of GOP or Dem thought. That is how adults address these issues.

Because they hate christianity. That’s the common value that binds most of these groups like feminists, gays, and Islam together.

For one my politics aren't defined by my sexuality. Even if they were though, Democrats have a better track record when it comes to gay rights (generally speaking). How gays are treated in each country of the Middle East is unfortunate, but there are far more practical things to consider when determining how and to what extent we get involved in issues over there.

GOP is the party of Saudi Arabia. Trump loves selling them weapons to kill Yeminis with and playing with weird electrical orbs.
