Imagine being a die hard UCF fan. You’ve been on this meth like football high for almost 2 years and then BAM! reality. Now it’s back into obscurity until god knows when

Man shut up with the BS. Damn you are on a freaking message board. What the hell do you expect on here? Basket weaving? You stop or get off the board.

Simmer down Dorothy!

This is indeed a message board and I'm respond to a message.
What might be expected is a level above junior high school outrage. Expected but seldom realized its true.
You got your panties in a wad over what some homer in Orlando said? Oh the horror!!! How ever will LSU survive?

No we wouldn’t have lost it.

They still can’t run it between the tackles. We could still pressure w no blitz

Their receivers still can’t catch

Aranda would’ve had plenty of film on Milton to break down his tendencies and force him around like a rat in a shoe box.

When you can control the lines of scrimmage you win. This is basic football

Gee, I didn't know Milton was going to block LSU's front seven, defend LSU's passing game and out-duel Burrow all at the same time.. that would have been amazing!!.. frikin UCF morons lol

After seeing their defense, I think we win by 20

It's strange to me that people didn't watch that game and realize that the LSU team that played yesterday would probably be a 1-2 win team in the SEC. We were completely decimated.

Suggesting a full strength UCF team would win isn't crazy...it's just totally missing the point.

Not only does the host think they would have won, he said he believed that they would have won going away even if LSU had their starters.

That's just stupid.

So, let's play what if, if milton plays and every missing/hurt defensive guy (including greedy and Alexander) plays, this game would have been a blowout. The wr's for UCF wouldn't have had much success and fehoko would have killed them like Lawrence did.

Milton is a sub 60% passer. The one team on their schedule that they both played was Memphis

Milton
17/29 281 yards 1 td

Mack
18/29 348 yards 2 tds

I'm not arguing that Mack is better, but Mack simply played a tougher opponent in LSU.

When you don’t challenge and fight for an obvious first drive TD and let the lessers hang around close, this is what you get.

Funny how they were so confident in their backup before the game, now they using him as a scapegoat.

I think he’s right. UCFs backup was awful.

Odd, I don't recall anyone saying he was awful before the game. Most QB's, even the great Milton, would play awful when the dline is getting pressure and the run game isn't going anywhere. I hate stupid imposters.

I was thinking that too. No one was coming in saying that is why they might lose. A lot of people in the media were saying we might lose because of all the losses on defense.

Milton is a 59.7 passer

Milton was the most accurate QB in ball placement in the entire CFB according to PFF. He had a lot of drops. The WR drops in the fiesta bowl was proof (the few times the backup was accurate.) Think Drew Brees lite.

With that said, he would have made it a lot closer, but our pass disruption and run stops would still have been effective enough against their sorry OL and the Tigers still would have won, imo.

We would have absolutely lost that game if Milton played and all our starters were out. His backup was garbage and couldn't see open receivers.

If both teams were full strength, LSU by 14.

Was Milton gonna keep our dline out of their backfield? Nope

If you take away the INT return when their dB grabbed our WR and the muffed punt..this game isn’t even remotely close. Time of possession was LSU 45 UCF 15...that’s insane. If you give us all our defensive players back and give them Milton...there would be no difference.
