After one week, my favorite lift was lift 4. Chins and OHP circuit was fun.

You know I can’t read. Are we supposed to be increasing rounds or weight for the circuits. Noticed you did 6 rounds these two lifts.

You can do either, but I prefer to push the rounds and reps up u til I reach 10x10 the. Moving the weight up and restarting at 5x5. Called double progression.

Start with 1 rep per set then. Go up and progress as you can. Stick to the diet and doing them for at least 3 sets daily and you will progress faster than you think.

So yesterday I did a walk and today did the same. Will test my burpees tomorrow with 50 for time.

So far as of this morning I am down 1.5" in the waist.
