How are you setting this up? Is the hex bar long enough to sit on the cage safety bars? I’m assuming that’s what you’re doing?

Yea i have a rogue tb-2 that is rackable. I put it on the safety pins and climb inside the cage. It is only 60lbs for the bar so I could muscle it if i wanted to, but prefer this away.

At first i was using the J-hooks but you have to lean out to grab the bar so you are far enough away from the uprights to keep from hitting them. Using the safety pins is a much better solution as I can set them low, get in and lift straight up.

Cool. I've never tried Z-Press with the hex ... and honestly I've never brought the hex bar into the rack so I couldn't remember it it would be long enough to work.

some are, some arent. the ones that are not rackable shoud be able to sit on the safeties though.
