Been saying all season that booger needs to be in the booth. Written can't do it alone. He sucks

Hopefully Witten improves his delivery next year. Sounds like I probably did as a nervous grade schooler delivering a book report.

Location. You can’t see anything. If you have the money to pay for that you should get a suite.

It actually benefited last weekends broadcast significantly. There was really never a point where they were talking over each other or cutting one another off, two things that happened often with one guy not in the booth.

Also, for whatever reason, tessitore toned down his act.

The entire broadcast was much better.

yet it was the lowest rated of the season...

Exactly, the angle is bad already. black professor x blocking your view just makes it worse.

Wait, you mean a big arse mobile platform that blocks the view of people who purchase tickets was a bad idea? I'm shocked!

They’re actually not having it for a completely different reason. The games are primarily on cbs and fox. Espn only has the international and I think military coverage so fox/cbs wasn’t about to let ole boog be riding down their sidelines. Don’t be surprised if it’s back next year.

For the small price of getting rid of the booger mobile, we get more MNF announcers!!

Joe Tessitore, Booger McFarland, Jason Witten and Todd McShay will call Monday’s Alabama-Clemson CFP Championship on ESPNews. The “MNF Film Room” will replace the “Coaches Film Room” this year. ($) sportsbusinessdaily.com/Daily/Morning-… ($)

Jason witten is gonna be a disaster to watch

As bad as those two have been, I find Tessitore to be the hardest to listen to

ESPN has made this decision either at the request of the NFL or because of the realization that the BoogerMobile wasn’t working at that the network needed to look at other options for 2019 if they wanted to keep this trio together.

Unfortunately, the problem wasn't that Booger was in his cart. Booger doesn't add anything to the broadcast. His commentary is not insightful, and his delivery is cliche.

Booger's nonstop spouting of the obvious is straight out of the Pepper Brooks school of broadcasting.

"It's third in long here, guys. Going to be hard to convert."

"You've really got to take better care of the ball than that. It is hard to win in the National Football League if you turn the ball over."

"Down three scores in the second half, they're really going to have to have a sense of urgency."

We didn’t realize how good we had when the MNF crew was Tirico and Gruden.
