They want respect, and UF gave them a 2 for 1 opportunity. Cowards.

I actually thought the Florida offer was pretty nice considering they could just schedule people at home every year

They think they are legit now. Wanted a home and home. I felt uf was throwing them a bone being willing to play at ucf at all.

He didnt take because by not taking it then it is easier to continue on with the same crying, "Nobody Wants To Play Us", BS!Far more easier to continue with the same victim act because in reality they will never be on the level they dream of!

I'm sure they wanted a home game because their stadium is so loud from the 44k in attendance it could give them the competitive edge.

I can’t blame them for not trusting a scheduling offer from uf.

Well if it was Joe A doing the dealing it would have been a 6 pack of aways with no homes. Hopefully we'll get to see a home against UF sometime.

Well this is 2018 and they do have contracts with a serious penalty payment and loss of possible other consideration for not showing. Also UF is a member of a prestigious group, the SEC and might jeopardize that by failing to show up. As far as I know it has not been done in the modern era. UF would show up of that you can be sure. Dumb post.

I kind of admire them for trying to strong-arm Florida, but they realistically can't do that yet. They need to take 2-for-1s with major programs when they're tabled.

I actually like Danny White's exploitation of UCF's current success, but eventually he has to think about his program beyond the present. Shooing away games with the Gators isn't impressing anyone.

Programs like TCU, Utah, and Boise didn't shortcut their way into national respectability. Same with FSU and Miami back in the day. UCF needs more than a couple of great seasons to expect their demands to be met.

“Best AD in the land” per their moron fan who just started a thread about him earlier today. Their fanbase makes Texas A&M’s fanbase’s delusions of grandeur look sane. It’s absolutely ridiculous how highly they think of themselves when our fanbase would’ve burned Orgeron’s house down several times this season if we’d played as shitty as they have against extremely sub par competition

What's ridiculous is this comment. They've been undefeated for two years with recruiting classes that were ranked middle of the pack in FBS, at best. That includes a win over the SEC West champ, no matter how many excuses you want to give Auburn.

Houston, Memphis, and USF have been recruiting on par or better than them recently, yet they're still losing. The sub-par competition is all relative.

Actually what’s ridiculous is trying to defend the fact that they’ve played badly against awful competition this season by saying that they have middle of the pack recruiting classes in their conference. Like how does that make them better exactly? It honestly proves my point further. They look like they have middle of the pack G5 athletes and it turns out...they actually do.

UCF struggled with Temple, Navy, and Memphis twice this season. LSU fans would shite a brick if we did that and they’re claiming national prominence over it which is embarrassing. I’m not sure how this is debatable

ETA: when you say that sub-par competition is relative, you do know that it’s relative to our competition right? You know, considering we’re playing against them in 5 days and all

By beating teams with similar talent.

Those are teams within their conference. Again, similar talent.

We don't play in the AAC or recruit at their level.

Wrong.

They're playing us on NYD, but they aren't recruiting or playing weekly at our level.

Danny White is going to wish he had taken that deal in a couple of years when they're struggling to win 6 games and make the Gasparilla Bowl.

No top 10 program is ever scheduling a home and home with a program like UCF, nor should they. A generous offer of a two for one is the best UCF is going to get from a school like Florida.

If you want a home and home, you’re gonna have to work with programs like Kansas and Purdue.

How do you duck someone when UCF called them out for a neutral site game? Get into the ring like a man or go home to mamma like a broken bitch. UF the cowards here.
