Some teams could compete. the latest NC A&T teams could make a solid FCS run..they beat Jax St, Charlotte, ECU all FBS teams the past 2 years. And Grambling has always had a consistency to be competitive. I just don't think hbcu are all that attractive for division 1 athletes for the schools to remain competitve in comparison to other fcs in the long run.
