What is the democrats' plan to secure the border?

Democrats keep saying they're for border security but they never give examples.
All I've heard is: ICE is the KKK, give amnesty to everyone and the wall is bad.
Maybe it's like Obama care and we have to pass it to see what's in It?

Simple. Walls don't vote, hire thousands of border agents. Use them for catch and release, send the illegals to welfare offices and voter registration.

They're plan is clearly to secure a means for anyone from a foreign country to be allowed to securely cross over into the United States by means of by-passing existing laws and regulation of immigration. Without fear of retribution from those charged with up holding ALL the laws not just the ones that democrats like.
