So how is this for a compromise: The Right admit the Left are "smarter", but the Left admit the Right are better at actually getting shite done.....and better at leading the country....fair enough?

Why didn't start college until I was 22 so I know what it's like

So you believe welding makes one smarter than . . .
See - I didn't say that - I compared a welder (just a random skilled profession that doesn't 'require' a college degree) to a graduate with a degree in something like "gender studies' (another random choice of what I consider waste-of-time-and-money degrees)
Are you implying that a degree in 'gender studies' makes one smarter than a welder?
If your car broke down in the middle of the desert, which would you rather have as a passenger?
If If you wanted to purchase an air-conditioner, which would you ask for recommendations?
If you needed an assistant to help you coach your son's baseball team, which would you ask?
If you wanted to know how long it would take to drive to Alaska, which would you ask?
If you broke your leg falling off a ladder, which would you want to assist you to the hospital?
If you needed to know whether the ground wire was red, green, black, or white which would you ask?
If you wanted to know which pronoun to use when confronted with a rainbow haired person sporting a five-clock shadow and mascara, dressed in a mini-skirt and thigh-high boots, which would you ask.
If you wanted to know exactly how many different combinations of birth facts, parental pressure, mental instabilities, sexual proclivities, surgical process there might be which would you ask?
If you wanted to know how many days it took Michaelangelo to paint the ceiling of the Sistine Chapel which would you ask?
etc
'smartness' is not only knowledge of facts, but in understanding how those facts can be applied effectively to the world as it exists.

It's actually because they were picked on as children.

But that same welder would probably be smarter if we went to school and learned 120 + curriculum hours in and organized and thoughtful environment.
Smarter how?
Do you think the fact that he can regurgitate some garbage he read in a book makes them "smarter"?

Remember, the Left were certain Barak Obama's ability to read coherently from a teleprompter was proof he was an intellectual giant....he was not.

The most important thing to understand about modern Leftists is that style over substance is the essence of their cult-like beliefs....Ebb is proof.
Leftists are talkers, Conservatives are do-ers.

My kid just had his Honors final - it’s a discussion oriented class that replaces an English course. One of the questions: If a family member at a holiday dinner said they don’t believe in climate change, what would your response be (based on cited sources that were previously studied)?
Indoctrination at its finest.
Indoctrination at its finest.

Modern day "Intellectualism" is a circle-jerk.

I'd gladly let my kid respond with "my family member is right" and take the 0.

Goebbels would be proud of this level of propaganda. Also remember that the “family member” is bad. It will make it easier to send them to the “showers” someday.

Now if the discussion related to anthropogenic origins, that would be entirely different.

You basically just said Everything's Relative as long as we all agree on it.
Nope. Just showed how your implication that nothing is reality until it is first theorized is absolute codswallop.

It doesn't mean they shouldn't keep working towards it.
Never said otherwise. My point is their theories are counterproductive to their goal.

What I'm saying is if you took the same person and then one timeline had them go learn to be a welder and then another timeline had them go through over a hundred and twenty College curriculum hours of Base courses all the way through General women's studies, that I would think the ladder would have learned much more about how to think and the world around them. The welder version of this person would be very smart about a limited scope of things in comparison.

And you learn how to do both in college. Someone majoring in general women's studies doesn't take that many classes pertaining to that particular subject.

Never said or implied that, either, but keep deflecting.

Your reality is steeped in racism so I'm happy to exist with only a cursory knowledge of that hellscape you call your "reality"
