Rosie Memos @almostjingo

Orange County seems to have skipped right past the risk limiting audit and published official vote count. Turns out it’s the highest turnout in 50 years one county even had 120% turnout impressive... @DHSgov @ODNIgov

Orange County just doesn’t make sense.

October 22nd totals for voter registration there show 541,665 (R) and 523,624 (D) yet totals from Election Day for D’s surpass that by 40k votes so we’re to believe there was 100%+ turnout of registered Dems?

I had just started a new thread about Fox news article on voter harvesting in California. Here is a link: LINK

If they allow the results of the election to stand, none of this matters.

It'll eventually swing an election. We need to get a hold of that. Florida is a huge swing state.

I don’t understand this point when 494 thousand of the 1.56 million registered voters (31.7%) are not registered as R or D. So taking the R and D registration statistics and comparing them to the vote totals of the R and D candidates and completely ignoring the other third of the registered voters doesn’t make sense.

It’s a turnout of less than 70% of the 1.56 million voters. There would have had to have been 789 thousand more votes, 73% more than turned out, for it to have had a 120% turnout. I have no idea why that person would even say 120% when the voter registration totals are right there.

While I have no doubt there is shenanigans in California, this seems like flawed logic. Looking at the votes for governor, it appears that the Democrat votes are 40k over the registered number of democrats, but the Republicans are less than 2,000 votes short of 100% themselves. Surely there are people who voted that aren't registered for either party. I, for example, am not registered as republican but I always end up voting republican.

Another bullshite Gateway Pundit article.

According to the registrar of voters website in Orange County, the final totals were:

Reg/Turnout--------------------Percentage
Total Registered Voters --- 1,558,988
Precinct Registration ----1,558,988
Precinct Ballots Cast ------393,423 ------25.2%
Early Ballots Cast ---------23,550 ------1.5%
Vote-by-Mail Ballots Cast-----689,756 ------44.2%

Total Ballots Cast -----1,106,729---71.0%

71% of registered voters cast their vote.

Orange County

This is the narrative Republicans want to start as an excuse for losing California and to convince dumdasses that dem damn Democrats done stole the election.

Give me a fuking break.

In the link there was one precinct, 38083, that showed 120%, but there’s no way to verify it from the pic due to not knowing where it came from.

The other statement made makes no sense as can be seen by the actual results posted in the OP. Cristina Laila should really check the math of others before posting it as an article.

Now, is it strange that Republicans seemingly won their races election night only to actually lose them weeks later. Sure, but that’s a different discussion.

The article says ONE PRECINCT was at 120%. Again, you fail to grasp a simple concept and make an argument that is completely irrelevant.

I am not saying I believe the GP claim....but damn dude...you are just consistently whiffing with your “arguments”. It’s fascinating.

How do these fake statistics account for provisional ballots? In a precinct with low registration it is certainly conceivable that total ballots cast, including provisional ballots by unregistered voters, could exceed the total of registered voters.

Anyway, looking at registration declared party affiliation is meaningless. I’ve never registered as a member of any party. My card says “non,” which is short for “none.”

Typical. I’ll never understand why dems are so ashamed to be dems.

Are you part of the “silent majority” I keep hearing about here who won’t admit to anyone that you support right wing candidates? Seems skerd to me.

I’ve been a registered republican since I was 18. I’m not ashamed to be a republican. Why are you ashamed to be a democrat?

As usual, you are FOS. The article also talked about the total number of registered voters. The page in the article is from the same website I posted.

The only thing that is irrelevant here is you.
