I'm guessing she means she doesn't want to see only white people and/or men, not that she wants to work with zero white people and/or men.

I hope that her comments were taken out of context or misconstrued. I like her as an actress. She was great as Valkyrie in Thor Ragnarok. Her British accent was spot on too.
