Nope!

I’m not going to ever pull against him “just because” or to be in the “I told you so” crowd, BUT Orgeron is in WAAAAAY over his head with the LSU head coaching job.

And f. king is asswax along with alleva.

This isn't the first time that you've made the claim that LSU had more kickers on the roster than linebacker, and it's not the first time I or someone else has responded back at you that this is just flat out false.

Do yourself a favor and look up the roster when Aranda was hired. It's easy to do. Don't be the fricking idiot that you're appearing to be. You can't possibly be that stupid. Right?

Choice??? Orgeron was not a Choice.

'Alleva the Search' never left Nicholson Drive.

It appeared Alleva simply applied some white-out over Herman’s name to write Orgeron’s over it, chopped the salary down by a couple million and handed Coach O a contract to sign.

We were promised an Offensive Coach.

The Off has not improved.

O is losing ground on ALA, TAMU, and is 5-3 in the SEC.

"I don't care how I got here, man. I'm a defensive lineman." Orgeron

quote:

18 yrs ago, LSU boldly set the market for a new football coach when they hired Saban from Michigan State for $1.2 million. Chancellor Mark Emmert stepped in and stopped the quibbling between Saban’s agent, Jimmy Sexton, and LSU and said “Pay him what he wants.”

And it was done. Emmert wasn’t looking for a bargain. He was shopping at Neiman Marcus, and he got value over a long period of time because he didn’t settle for a journeyman defensive assistant coach.

Emmert’s shot at the moon launched LSU’s football future out of the futility over the previous quarter century into sustained greatness for over a decade. There were NCs in 2003 and 2007 after none since 1958 and an NC appearance at 13-0 in 2011. There were Southeastern Conference titles in 2001, ’03, ’07 and ’11 after none since 1988.

LSU was never greater for longer than in that span because Emmert had the vision to "Pay him what he wants".

I'd rather have Fisher. He had a better year in his 1st year than O, and he's done better in recruiting. Isn't Herman playing for a conference championship? I'll hang up and listen.

LINK

If you take the time to Look at the link, it backs up what I was saying.

Because of your point, I did look more and did find what you claim.

Because (the article at and the valley shook) says Kickers and Specialist, I would think either could be correct.

Point being I'm not making shite up. I have such a low opinion of Miles I would not be surprised by such a problem.

Charles was slated to be the left tackle this season the whole time. Deculus was competing for the right tackle job the whole time. And if Cush, Hines and Lewis all played well enough, I fail to see how it was injuries that make the offensive line this untalented unit that just aren’t capable of getting it done. At what point do you place any responsibility on the coaches?

First time I've ever seen that story. And yes, it does indeed say what you put in your post. However, it's not true. All a person has to do is look up the rosters for the 2015 season ( the year before Aranada was hired) and the 2016 season, (Aranda's first season at LSU.)

The LSUsports.net site shows that the '15 team had 11 linebackers, 3 placekickers, 2 punters and 3 long snappers. The same site shows that the '16 team had 12 linebackers, 3 placekickers, 2 punters and 2 long snappers.

Both seasons had more linebackers then kickers or specialists.

I see where you got that idea now that I've seen the article. I don't know why that would have been in there though, since it wasn't true. But whatever I guess.

Having a low opinion of him is fine and dandy. A lot of people on here do. Hell, I have a low opinion of o for what it's worth. I only called you out the other day, (like I have in the past when you've made this same claim) because I've looked over the roster in the past and knew that it wasn't true.

Looks like all the nega tigers have stuck around since the Bama loss. Things were a lot more peaceful on the board before that game. Orgeron is doing just find for now. He's recruiting well, he's exceeded expectations for 2018. Let's see what he has to offer in 2019.

If your expectations was nine wins and a offense ranked 75 three years after a coaching change, I want to work for you!

What about them? Fedora's resume is still light years ahead of Orgeron's, even if you include Orgeron's interim coaching gigs.

So you’re in favor of firing Coach O and hiring Fedora?

I think he might be available.

That’s not his expectations, because he said O EXCEEDED them!!!

No wonder so many people are onboard with him getting an extension.

We finished 6th in the SEC. I have no idea what expectations you are talking about but that have to be pretty low.
