In this offense? Uhhhhhh No! Not a knock on the kid, but he sucks passing behind one of the better offensive lines in football and he’s had two competent coordinators. He would be 3rd string at best here.

maybe Tulane would be a good landin spot for him though he would probably not start due to not being a very good passer. Maybe could play CB for them

One caveat that has developed in the Grad Transfer scenario is that a player like Burrow who has two to play is more value to a team. Hurts only has one left to play so I suspect him to stay put or go to a mid major for PT.
The big debate in Alabama earlier this year was whether Saban would allow Hurts to RS this past season and make himself more attactable as a transfer.

use your eyes goofball. What school do you think he is going to transfer to that will have first round picks blocking for him from LT to RT with NFL WR's to throw to and NFL RB's in the backfield with him?

Fact, those were his stats at Alabama, not anywhere else. Let him transfer to Tulane or SLU and lets see what his stats are (if he even starts , he wont beat out McMillon at Tulane)
