Am I not supposed to notice that one demographic accounts for almost all crime in my area?

PC preaching tells me that I am supposed to turn off my observation skills and not notice a common factor amongst 85% of all these criminals?

Seriously though, I wish more people would call a spade a spade. Nextdoor app had a story about two "probable Hispanics" who had broken into this guys house. The poster was quoting the PD about the description - all of a sudden, Hispanics got f'ing crazy and said "WELL??? WHAT HE HISPANIC OR NOT? Why mention it if he wasn't?!!!"

It's observation based off of evolutionary science. You have an automatic defense mechanism to determine what is or isn't dangerous to you. You determine that based off of *observation*. If you do NOT deduce what and who are threats, you are willfully strangling your own -natural- deductive reasoning.
It's fair to pay attention. What's not fair is to assume WHY a certain thing like the aforementioned is so... for example, if all men had been fair and equal and not only self serving (also an evolutionary trait) since the dawn of time, then every size, shape, race, religion etc would have much more similar crime statistics.
The reality is obvious: we live in a broken world where the strong and the smartest win the most, and does not care about feelings. We are TRYING to care, but we are hundreds or thousands of years away from a more legitimate civility. We are really just a really smart animal. Ultimately, we will never be civil until the vast majority-sentiment is willing to forfeit their life for others always.... lol, so until we're all Buddhists that are disinterested in ourselves...
