Just like the left denies there are only two genders they will declare the recently deceased RBG feels alive and as such a replacement cannot be named until that time that she identifies as dead, likely when a Dem is President.

I wouldn't put anything at all past the lunatics on the left when RBG is no more.
Yeah, that wouldn't be the smartest move for the Left, it's a game they can't win.....

How long until we demand a proof of life?
Seriously, if RBG were to become incapacitated through illness, and unable to perform her duties, there is no provision for removal, other than impeachment, but only for serious wrong doing.
Dont think for a minute that Democrats would keep her on life support, to prevent Trump from naming a replacement.

I don't hope she is going to die. I know she is going to die.
I hope that she is replaced by judge who rules under the philosophy of original intent.
You hope that the person who replaces her votes in a political mood of the times.
Your way is wrong. Mine is right.
The constitution has a method for changing it to update it to the times. That process is through amendments. Amendments are hard to get passed as they should be.
Back to Ginsberg, She doesn't have to die in office. She could do the right thing and step down.
She won't because she believes as you do. That the constitution is a living breathing document and words don't mean what they say, unless they can be twisted to fit the agenda that you want.
Believing the way she does she will continue to be propped up like week end at Bernie's, until a libtard/leftist Senate gets to confirm her replacement.

I don't doubt it and am only slighting joking at this point.
I have zero doubts they have a line on the calendar that says past X date they will do everything they can to enforce the "Biden" rule on new nominees and will do everything they can to keep RBG on the court until then.

Schumer and his merry band of thugs will go scorched Earth on Ginsberg's replacement. To quote Randy Bachman: "you ain't seen nothin' yet."

Maybe she's already gone. I think they are doing a "Weekend at Bernies" thing with her right now.

what will the democrats do with RBG's replacement?
-pay protesters to storm the hearings, produced by cryin Chuckie?
-pay protesters to scratch their fingernails across a 2 ton door?
-hire women to say that the female SCOTUS raped men and partied with toobin?

Where do you retarded bastards conclude that I'm cheering for this old hags death from what I posted?
I'm saying that she is no longer able to conduct the responsibilities of her job. She should do the right thing and step down but like a good proggie she's going to put her personal wishes ahead of those that are best for our nation.

Like I said in a previous post...
I won't cheer for her death, but I sure will cheer for the country if she gets replaced by an originalist.
I will certainly pray that it happens sooner than later.
BTW I feel the Same way about Stephen Breyer, and Clarence Thomas.
Thomas will likely step down at the end of this term so that Trump and the Senate can confirm his replacement.
That would be best for the long term health of the country and the court.

If shes not there she cant vote right?
Apparently the session isn't hearing any cases requiring votes. Only other routine matters.
The only scenario where she may be needed was if SCOTUS was deciding to hear a case and they already had three votes but needed the fourth to grant cert. The vast majority of the time they never get that close.

As I said-- I wish her a peaceful, loving retirement, not her death. But if she were a non-political activist leftist; the left would be saying she needs to retire instead of pulling a McCain.

She hasn't written an opinion in years. Her aides/clerks have done all of "her" work.
I think that's standard practice for all the Justices (except maybe Justice Thomas, but even he gets a lot of input once he tells the clerks how he plans to vote and what cases he wants to cite).
