Whenever we read this book in school me and my friends spent the next week randomly walking around with our eyes clothes and trying to feel each other’s faces. It was a riot.

Eta: in hindsight now I feel terrible about it.

My fathers 4th wife was a deaf, blind, mute woman. I thought he had found the perfect spouse, couldn’t talk shite, couldn’t hear his shite, and couldn’t see he looked like shite. But, alas, he divorced her for a upgrade to just blind.
